Relaxing with Saje Natural Wellness

I’ve shared with you previously that 2016 hadn’t started off in the best direction. I have been dealing with a bit of anxiety and stress and had been looking at ways to help control it. (If you missed that post or need a refresher, feel  free to have a read here). Well when the team over at Saje Natural Wellness sent over a package to help me put my worries at ease, I was beyond excited to see what the buzz about essential oils was all about.

When the package arrived, as I begun opening it the smell wafting out was amazing! They very generously sent over a selection of some of their most popular products and I couldn’t wait to put them to use. The roll on remedies have to be my favourite item I received. Especially for someone who is knew to using oils and the healing powers they hold. This makes it super easy for one to treat an ailment with out stressing over which oils to mix and how much of each. They come in a variety of pre-made roll ons, ready for you to glide on, take a deep breath, exhale and relax. I received the Stress Release  and the Peppermint Halo. The stress release smells heavenly and has definitely been helping me to relax at the end of the day. While I’ve only used the peppermint halo once  to treat a headache, it appeared to do the trick and I know of a few others that swear by it. I’ve heard that there is a roll on for allergies and this one has me intrigued as I am someone who suffers during the spring. Now that the good weather is upon us, I think I will be heading to the store to pick one up.

Another favourite item I received was the Konjac Kare with Green Tea, an enriched cleansing sponge. While the sponge is something I have seen and used before, what really caught my eye was the container it came with. My previous sponge (a similar one, not from Saje) didn’t have a “home”, so this one, won my heart without even being put to the test! While the sponges are hard, you simply place under water until soft and spongy and use to wash and exfoliate your skin. Once done, hang to dry and then place back in their container.

Lastly, I want to mention the Natural Perfume Collection. They come in a pocket sized metal case, perfect for throwing in your purse or overnight bag. The collection contains five different perfumes, Yoga, Tantra, Shanthi, Goddess and Ananda. They each have their own special gemstone rollerball and are 100% natural perfumes. Mix and match until you find the perfect scent for you. The are the perfect way to wear essential oils through out the day and smell amazing with out worrying about wearing heavy chemicals.

I’m starting to get into essential oils, though at this point it has been mostly for cleaning purposes. These look like great products, and the packaging is gorgeous!

These look incredible! I’m going to look up where they are in CT. That little perfume case is perfect for going out! Plus I’ve been looking at a way to destress at night.

I need to hit up Sage! I’ve been having trouble sleeping lately (For once it has nothing to do with the baby!).

Those roll on bottles are adorable although I have yet to get in on the essential oil craze.
