Christmas Cards; It’s That Time of Year Again with Minted

November is half over and that means that we are on the final countdown to Christmas, just 5 weeks until the big day! Can you believe it? I can’t it seems like the year has just flown by. With only 5 weeks until Christmas it means it’s time to be thinking of Christmas cards!

I love, love, LOVE, sending Christmas cards each year. And my go to for creating our Christmas cards is always Minted. They have an amazing selection (hundreds) of predesigned cards that you can then customize to your very liking. I have been using Minted for four years now, you can see our past Christmas cards here, here and here.

Did you catch Ryersons nursery reveal featuring Minted art prints?

I usually keep our cards fairly simple with one picture on the front and then add in a fun touch like foil embossing. Last year was the first year I used professional photos for our card, using photos Julie Christine Photography took of our gender reveal. This year I will again be using photos from Julie, from a family session we did with my parents last month.

While I am absolutely not going to be mailing out our cards this year due to the ongoing Canada Post strike (thanks guys) but I will still be ordering to hand out to our family and friends with our annual baking. And seeing as we have pictures from last month I feel like I can’t see no to ordering some. I also never did birth announcements for Ryerson, so maybe this can double? Haha.

So my dilemma this year is what design to pick! There are so many good ones its hard to choose. One thing that makes it easier though is that you can pick your picture and have it pop up in all the designs as a preview, making your scrolling and favourite selecting easier.
