Tropical Green Smoothie {Recipe}
I have dabbled in the art of smoothie making for a while now, but haven’t yet been able to perfect it. I was struggling with making a smoothie that not only tasted delicious, but looked it. All of the smoothies I was making turned that lovely shade of brown and they didn’t look all that appealing. It wasn’t until about a month ago when I started introducing almond milk to my diet that everything seemed to click. All of a sudden not only did my smoothies taste yummy, they looked the part to. My green smoothies were suddenly resembling the leafy vegetation of a tropical paradise and not the murky waters of home, if you know what I mean. So with out further ado here is my recipe for a Tropical Green Smoothie. Let me know what you think!

- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach
- 2-3 Frozen Strawberries
- 2-3 pieces of Fresh Pineapple
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- Add spinach, yogurt, milk and chia seeds to blender and blend until smooth.
- Add fruit and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!

Ooo, this looks and sounds delicious. We are big fans of kale and spinach in our smoothies here, but I know what you mean about that slight brown color. I keep intending to put Chia seeds in mine and I always forget to pick them up. I have pinned this and look forward to trying it.
This smoothie looks awesome! We cold press juices at home and I love the flavor pineapple adds to everything!
Yummy!!!!!
This looks SO yummy and I love the way the recipe plug-in looks.
