Turkey Parmesan Meatballs the Kids Will Love
Turkey Parmesan Meatballs, another dinner favourite here and another quick and easy meal. I have been making these turkey meatballs for years now and the best part about them is they are so versatile.
When I was pregnant with Hazel I would have these for lunch all the time, doused in hot sauce and served with steamed broccoli, also doused in hot sauce. I would make giant batch of them toss them in the freezer and then pop out a couple for lunch. They were the perfect grab and go for my lunches.

Now we often make them during the summer and serve them over zucchini noodles with fresh marinara sauce. In the winter I prefer something a little heavier so I serve them over pasta and with a salad. All three kids are quick to gobble them up. And will often have seconds *gasp*.

If you are feeling adventurous, skip the meatball stage and line a bread pan with parchment paper and fill with the turkey mixture to make a turkey meatloaf. Cooking time will be a little longer, 40-50 minutes. Slice through the middle to ensure it is completely cooked through.
