Wealick Place; The New Kid On The Block

A couple of months ago I was invited to an intimate dinner at a new townhouse complex, Wealick Place. A handful of us spent the evening mingling, sipping wine, chatting with the masterminds behind the complex and most importantly touring the newly built units.

We have been living in Chilliwack for three years now, and are loving every second of it. Our neighbourhood is amazing, it’s the kind of neighbourhood you could borrow a cup of sugar in. The kids have made several friends and are often outside playing with them. In turn we often find ourselves outside mingling with our neighbours, our friends, and this includes those without kids. It just has a great sense of community around it.

The newly built Wealick Place complex is just minutes from my door, finding itself within this amazing community, nestled at the base of Mt. Thom. Wealick Place is located steps away from grocery stores, dental offices, banks and all of life’s essentials.  It’s just minutes away from all three levels of school, elementary, middle and high school. Community centres, the local library and numerous walking and hiking trails are all located close by. And of course it’s just minutes off the hwy or to downtown Chilliwack.

The individual units themselves are absolutely gorgeous. The layouts are clean and crisp and filled with plenty of natural light from the numerous windows throughout. Outfitted with thoughtful modern touches like a large entertainers island in the kitchen, a powder room on the main floor and plenty of storage for all of life’s things. The units have 3 bedrooms each, located on the top floor, 2.5 bathrooms, large closets and a bonus room located on the ground floor.

Bright, modern and filled with thoughtful touches.

They currently have six of these designer units left for rent, at the affordable price of $2200 per month! I can assure you these won’t last long, especially in todays market. For further information on Wealick Place, including rental questions you can contact Andrew Verschuur

If you are thinking of making the move to Chilliwack, I can’t say enough great things about it. We love where we live and the community around it.
